     PI Racing is committed to delivering your products safely and efficiently. Including no backorder! If an item is out of stock it would be displayed as so. Orders usually ships within 2-3 business days.

 

     All orders are processed within a standard handling timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and whether an item is in stock or made to order. Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order has been processed.

 

     Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

 

     Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

 

     International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

 

     Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear.

 

     PI Racing is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.

 

     If a package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, customers must contact our support team with their order number and photos of the issue so we can assist with a claim.

 

     Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. PI Racing is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
