At PI Racing, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing our customers with confidence in every purchase.
30-Day Return Policy
Customers may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
All original packaging, hardware, and accessories must be included
Proof of purchase is required
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
1-Year Limited Warranty
PI Racing products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
The warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by improper installation
Normal wear and tear
Accidents, misuse, or abuse
Modifications or alterations
Track damage or racing use
If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, PI Racing will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the item.
